A private desk. Name the desk, the jurisdiction, and enough of the file — licence, lot, cargo, timeline — for us to know whether we can hold it.

Name the corridor
Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda, DRC, Burundi, or cross-corridor if origin and the airport sit in different countries.

Name the airport
Air is the usual mode. CIF first, then FOB. Sea, Mombasa or Dar, only if the lot cannot fly.

Attach the proof
Assay, origin, title, lot photography. If you do not have it yet, say what you have. Unnamed lots are not a mandate.
Mandate
The file, not a brochure.
Corridor
Where the file has to work.
Name a jurisdiction on the form. If origin and the airport sit in different countries, choose cross-corridor. Air is the usual mode.
Kenya
JKIA as standard. Moi International when coastal. Mombasa sea only if the lot cannot fly.
NBO · MBAUganda
Entebbe for air offtake. Landlocked lots still name a flight, not only a port.
EBBTanzania
Julius Nyerere and Kilimanjaro. Dar port when the cargo is sea-bound.
DAR · JROSouth Sudan
Juba International as the working gate. Counsel where the file is the work.
JUBRwanda
Kigali International for air offtake, transit, and specialty agricultural products.
KGLDRC Congo
Title, copper, gold, coltan. Air through Goma and Lubumbashi.
